Additionally, the unique climate of the island of Vis makes it one of the premier locations in Croatia for growing lemons and other citrus fruits. Our menu proudly features these vibrant, locally-sourced citruses, which complement our dishes perfectly. Our goal is to offer guests a taste of authentic island life through thoughtfully crafted dishes and a commitment to sustainability.
Local wine from Vis Island holds a special place in our culinary offering. Renowned for its unique centuries-old winemaking traditions, Vis produces wines that reflect the island's sunny climate and fertile soils. Our wine selection showcases varietals such as Vugava and Plavac Mali, known for their distinct flavors and aromas. Apart from that, we have decided to offer best Croatian wines to complete our wine list.
