Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to renowned establishments such as Gilles Cuisine and Pop Lounge, Ammolite, and the Michelin-starred 360 Restaurant in Croatia, where he worked alongside esteemed Croatian chef Marijo Curic. Drawing from this extensive experience, Darko has developed his own distinctive culinary style, which he now showcases at Restaurant Val 2.0 .
